Using statistic tools, we diagnose the current culture inside an organization in 3 main cluster - defensive, aggressive, or constructive - and we compare your firm's current culture against an ideal benchmark or against the desired culture your company wants. The tool allows top executives to determine the key components of the current culture as well as the causal factors for the gaps between the ideal and current culture. We partner up with Human Synergistics in Chicago to provide a double-blinded approach to a usual sensitive theme in companies. The ample availability of data also creates a fertile ground to propose initiatives based on hard evidence rather than on mere hunches.
