Service Description

The TKI® graphs an individual's response to conflict and negotiations into a matrix of assertiveness and cooperation. It provides 5 basic styles - competing, accommodating, avoiding, collaborating, and compromising - their mindsets, beliefs, and priority items when dealing with them. Customers fill out a questionnaire first and then book an online session to discuss their results.
